Organic Ceremonial Grade
The highest quality matcha, carefully crafted from the youngest, most tender leaves of the tea plant. Grown using organic farming methods, it is free from pesticides and chemicals, ensuring a pure, natural flavor.
Typically reserved for traditional Japanese tea ceremonies, ceremonial-grade matcha boasts a rich, fresh flavor with a creamy, slightly sweet profile. It is the perfect choice for those seeking a high-quality, authentic matcha experience, whether enjoyed in a tea ceremony or as part of a daily ritual.
First Harvest (Shin Cha)
The finest and most sought-after matcha, made from the first flush of leaves picked during the early spring harvest. Known for its vibrant green color and smooth, creamy texture, Yukari matcha offers a delicate, fresh flavor that is both sweet and umami-rich.
The first harvest occurs when the tea leaves are at their youngest and most tender, packed with essential nutrients and antioxidants. These tender leaves are carefully handpicked and stone-ground into the finest matcha powder, preserving their natural freshness and complexity. Yukari is prized for its exceptional purity and smoothness, making it the ideal choice for those who seek the highest quality matcha for both traditional tea ceremonies and daily enjoyment.
